Kate Mitchell

Kate is our Office Manager from Cedar Park. She has a passion for supporting our sales team and customer service. Kate has been with 4 Roofs since April 2020 and handles all billing, accounting and insurance claims. When she's not in the office, she can be found getting active in the gym, bike riding, running, cooking at home or spending time with friends.

Lexi Calabretta

Lexi is our new marketing coordinator from Austin, Texas. She thoroughly enjoys creating content and doing digital marketing. When Lexi isn't working, she can be found lounging with her dog or spending time with friends and family.

Kevin Keller

Kevin is our sales director from Salado, TX. Kevin oversees business development in the residential and commercial spaces. When he is not on a roof he enjoys spending time with family, coaching youth sports, and fishing at the coast.

Charlie Calabretta

Charlie is a project manager and salesman from Austin, Texas. He has been working with 4 Roofs since 2023 and enjoys working outdoors and helping customers find the best solutions for their roofing needs. When Charlie is not working, you can find him hunting, fishing, watching sports and spending time with loved ones.

Pete La Fuente

Pete LaFuente is a sales representative for 4 Roofs. He is a native Austinite and has been a resident of Round Rock, Texas since 1988. He retired in 2018 from law enforcement after serving the State of Texas for over 27 years. Pete began working for 4 Roofs in 2024. He has a passion for serving others and providing quality customer service with honesty and integrity. In his free time, Pete enjoys exercising, fishing, traveling, but most of all, spending quality time with his family.
